Mr Gay South Shore 2007's Birthday Bash was hosted by Miss Gay South Shore 2007, Alexis Taylor, and Mr Gay South Shore 2006, Anthony DeRose. This first official appearance was also a fundraiser. The show proceeds were donated to the American Lung Association - a cause both Mr & Miss Gay South Shore 2007 are supporting.
